Greenville, SC. Multi-family Apartments.

Residential apartments with ground floor commercial/retail space facing Laurens.

• 112 residential apartment units.

• Mixture of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units.

• All units will be designated as affordable housing, serving households at 60% of the area median income.

• Approximately 6,000 square feet of commercial/retail facing Laurens Rd.

Additional community amenities for residents such as leasing center, fitness center, resident computer lab, and community room. Two separate buildings with a small plaza between them. Rear of property will feature green space, includes playground. Many mature trees, mostly oaks will be saved at the southeastern section of the site.
